PERFECT FOR CRUISING

We are all about the beach, so we only have Beach Cruisers in our rental fleet. They are perfect for tooling around town, commuting to Herring Cove Beach or for taking the 5 mile trek along the bay on Shore Road to North Truro. Bike-Trail-Warriors, should rent a performance bicycle from one of the other rental shops. Our bikes are about comfort and simplicity.

EASY BREEZY

All of our bikes are single gear with foot breaks. No shifting gears or cautiously engaging hand breaks. The wide seats and broad handle bars keep you- the rider- in an incredibly comfortable upright position. And the bikes have been engineered to optimize this upright riding position to deliver maximum torque and momentum. You won’t have any trouble negotiating inclines and small hills with our Cruisers.

HOW DO I LOOK?

FABULOUS, of course!

With a classic Cruiser silhouette, every bike in the fleet is pearly white with black accents, whitewalls and red rims. And if the squeaky clean bike isn’t enough to get you noticed, the traffic “bell” attached to every cruiser’s handlebars will let them know you are coming. Front and rear fenders keep mud and puddles from making you a dirty boy or girl. (You can still get dirty, but your’e on your own there) Every bike is numbered so that you can easily identify yours. Cables and combination locks are included with your rental.

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a bike from Ball Beach Bikes. We highly encourage all renters to wear helmets and have them available for rent.
