Visit BallBeachBikes.com and initiate a reservation either before or after you arrive for your holiday in Provincetown. We’re all about the beach so we only rent Beach Cruisers.
Available rental terms are:

You’re not waiting for your bike — your bike is waiting for YOU.
When making your online reservation (3 or more days) we ask for the name and/or address of the hotel, guest house or rental where you would like to have your bike waiting for you on your arrival date. (Ptown addresses only-02657. Sorry, we don’t deliver to Truro). Or if you prefer, you may pick up your rental bike at Ball Beach Bikes located at 144 Commercial (corner of Montello Street)
How do I find my bike?
You will receive an email when we drop off your bike, confirming your specified delivery location along with the bike number and lock combination. You’re ready to roll…
If you don’t have a device with an internet connection to receive an email, we’ll send you a text or call you.
Or you can call us when you arrive. Or you can even just drop by the shop.

How do I return my bike?
At the end of your rental term leave your bike locked at the same location to which you had it delivered or drop it off in town by 10:30 am at Ball (144 Commercial Street at Montello Street) open daily at 10:00 am.
I have long legs?.
When making your online reservation, we ask for your height so that we can make adjustments to your rental bike to insure a safer and more comfortable ride. We are available at the shop to make additional adjustments if necessary.
Forget your combination? Got a flat?
Email us at help@ballbeachbikes.com or call the shop at 508 487 3000. Also, Bob is available by phone so call or text (917 445 4274) for answers to questions or equipment issues – should any arise.
I’m in town but my computer is not. Can I still rent a bike?
If you don’t have access to the web to make an online reservation, you can always come to Ball Beachwear to initiate your rental from our computer terminal. We are open daily at 10am in July and August. You can also go to Wired Puppy (379 Commercial St) or Cyber Cove (237 Commercial St) for computer/web access.
And, our site is iPhone compatible.
Helmets
Ball Beach Bikes highly encourages all renters to wear helmets. They are available for rent and can be picked up at the shop located at 144 Commercial Street. Open at 10am daily in July and August.
